Benevolence Request


Submissions must be received by 12:00 pm on Tuesday. Requests received after the deadline will be held for the following week. You will be notified by email before 5:00 pm on Thursday of your approval status.

We accept the following bills:

  • Utility bill
  • Car note
  • Mortgage or rent (homes in foreclosure or eviction notices do not qualify)

(We do not issue checks to individuals unless they have an LLC)

(Assistance will not be given in the cases of personal loans, a demanding, unteachable, or uncooperative spirit or if you exceed the maximum amount allotted in a 12-month period.)

Your signature will attest that all information is accurate. Please allow us sufficient time for examination, verification and prayer over your submission. We reserve the right to decline any submission that does not meet our requirements or that we deem as a non-emergency. Completing this application does not guarantee that monetary assistance will be provided. Our decisions are made in accordance with the mandates of scripture and the leading of the Holy Spirit. We are concerned about your spiritual needs as well as your physical needs. Missing information or blank fields will delay your request.
